FUNKE BUCKNOR-OBRUTHE
Funke is one of the foremost and prolific Event planners in Nigeria. Before founding Zapphaire events in 2003, she worked briefly with Tie Communications- an advert and PR agency.

Funke maintains a regular column in The Wedding Planner Magazine and is currently working on a handbook for brides. She is also a Public Speaker who has given numerous lectures at seminars and workshops , the Fate Foundation and churches on entrepreneurial skills as well as event planning and management.

Funke Bucknor-Obruthe has been featured in several publications as an inspiration for women and the youths. She has also won the Awards for ‘The Entrepreneur of the Year’ (Future Awards 2006), ‘Wedding Planner of the Year’ (The Wedding Planner Magazine, 2007) amongst several nominations.
Funke holds an LLB Degree in Law from the University of Lagos and a BL from the Abuja Law School.

AMANDA KEMI DAIRO
Kemi is the event executive of our wedding department. Her analytical and “all-inclusive attitude” approach to duty has brought positive results to her department and Zapphaire Events. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in economics  from Obafemi Awolowo University Ile-Ife. She joined Zapphaire in 2007.

OLUWASEYI IGE
Seyi is an assistant wedding executive who has contributed in no small ways to the growth of the Department.  She is active in her work and is very energetic. Seyi holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from the University of Ilorin, Kwara State. She joined Zapphaire Events in 2006.

ODUBANJO TIAMIU
Mr ‘ D’banj’ as he is fondly called, is our Head of Administration and Human Resources. On his shoulders lies the responsibilities of coordinating the office affairs. Before joining Zapphaire events in 2008, he worked at Portland Cement (Now Lafarge) as an intern, Cornerstone Hotel and Suites Ijebu-Ode Ogun State as the hotel manager. He holds a Masters in Personnel Psychology from  the University of Ibadan.  

ADEBIYI SIJIBOMI
Siji is an event executive of the corporate and social department. He is very dedicated to his work and has contributed immensely to the success and development of the department. Siji graduated from the University of Ado-Ekiti with an OND in Mineral Resources Engineering and a  Bachelor of Science in Geology.

OLUFUNMILAYO AJOKE LATUNJI-ONI
Funmi is the Head, Events Planning and Coordination. She is very dedicated and has an over-riding passion to achieve the company’s vision.

This dynamic lady is a graduate of Obafemi Awolowo University Ile-Ife and she holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronic and Electrical Engineering!
She is also an Oracle certified Associate and Professional. Before joining Zapphaire Events in 2005, she worked as the Personal Assistant to the Managing Director  of Siljay Concepts Ltd. and as an Academic Counsellor, NIIT Ikeja.

TEMITOPE GBADAMOSI 
Tope is our Administrative officer. She is very dedicated to her work and is  tireless in her efforts to make sure that everything is on course. Tope holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology from the University of Ibadan. She also worked in Orbit Hotel, Abuja as a caterer before joining  Zapphaire Events  in 2006.    

NIYI BADMUS
Niyi is the Head, Business and Product Development of Zapphaire Events. His creative capabilities has brought about positive results to his department and Zapphaire Events. Before joining Zapphaire, Niyi had a stint with Fantasyland where he served as an Event Coordinator. He Holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree  in English from Olabisi Onabanjo University.  He joined Zapphaire Events in 2007.
