Zapphaire ushers were well turned out, always polite and effective in their work, once they were fully briefed about their schedule of responsibility, autual performance of zapphaire staff at each stage of the event was commendable, there was consant interface with us so that decisions could be made on the spot to resolve any problem that cropped up. |

Every part of the event was very well coordinated, the zapphaire employee assigned to me on the day of the event was very nice. She kept me calm all through and attended to every need. I always wanted to avoid having a wedding reception in Nigeria because i felt it had to be rowdy with guests making noise, trying to get food and places to sit, but I was pleasantly suprised that our reception was nothing like that, in fact i preferred it to many nice weddings i have attended and liked here in the USA. I honestly think a good wedding planning outfit is essential for a wonderful wedding. |

I was really happy with the coordination of both events. They are truly a hard working team, i would say specifically that the team did the best at the wedding especially crowd control, unfortunately the hall we used was small for our crowd, but i think it was well managed.
My only regret is not using zapphaire events from the on set of my wedding preperations |
